Uttanasana

€49

Standing Forward Fold

There's more to Uttanasana than flexible hamstrings.

As yoga teacher trainers, we see again and again that progress in Uttanasana can stall because one key piece is missing. Go beyond passive stretching and explore what is actually limiting your forward fold. Build the mobility, strength, neural mobility and control needed for a more usable, repeatable Uttanasana - in your own practice or in how you teach it.

What you'll work on

  • Hamstring & hip mobility

  • Active range & strength

  • Neural mobility

  • Position- specific control

How to use the program

The neural drills take around five minutes and can be practised daily, where small, consistent inputs can make a noticeable difference to your practice. Build the strength, mobility and isometric work into your practice at least twice a week. You’ll also get two practical yoga sequences to help integrate the work into your own practice - or into the classes you teach. You’ll only need simple equipment, such as a resistance band and basic yoga props.

Hip External Rotation

€49

Build Your External Rotation

Build external rotation you can actually use.

Hip-opening poses ask for more than passive flexibility. Explore whether mobility, strength, neural mobility or control is limiting your range, then train the missing capacity for more accessible, stable hip-opening positions - in your own practice or in how you teach them.

What you’ll work on

  • Hip external rotation mobility

  • Active range & strength

  • Neural mobility for hip opening shapes

  • Stability & mobility in pigeon and figure-four positions

How to use the program

For this program, use the neural drills as a short daily practice to help improve access to external rotation and reduce the sense of forcing into range. Add the mobility, strength and isometric work into your practice at least twice a week so that new range is supported by control. You’ll also get two practical yoga sequences designed to bring the work into pigeon, figure-four and other hip-opening shapes, whether you’re practising yourself or teaching others. All you’ll need is simple equipment such as a resistance band and basic yoga props.

Upavistha Konasana

€49

Wide-Legged Seated Forward Fold

Build the range and control behind your pancake.

A deeper wide-legged forward fold isn’t only about stretching the inner thighs. Explore what may be limiting your hip flexion and wide-leg range, then build the mobility, strength, neural mobility and pelvic control needed to move further into the shape with greater ease and control.

What you’ll work on

  • Adductor & inner-thigh mobility

  • Active hip flexion & compression strength

  • Neural mobility in wide-leg positions

  • Pelvic control & forward-fold mechanics

How to use the program

Use the short neural drills regularly to explore whether neural tension is limiting your wide-leg position. Add the mobility, active compression and isometric work into your practice at least twice a week to build strength in the range you’re trying to access. You’ll also get two practical yoga sequences to help integrate the work into Upavistha Konasana and related forward-folding shapes, whether you’re practising yourself or teaching others. You’ll only need simple equipment such as a resistance band and basic yoga props.

Shoulder Flexion

€49

Build Your Overhead Range

Create more overhead range without simply forcing the shoulders.

Explore what may be limiting your shoulder flexion and build the mobility, strength and control needed to take the arms comfortably overhead. Develop more usable range for shapes such as Downward Dog, handstand preparation and other overhead positions.

What you’ll work on

  • Shoulder flexion mobility

  • Overhead strength & active range

  • Thoracic mobility & ribcage control

  • Stability in overhead positions

How to use the program

Use the short mobility and neural drills regularly to explore what is limiting your overhead range. Add the strength and isometric work into your practice at least twice a week so that new range is supported by control. You’ll also get two practical yoga sequences to help integrate the work into Downward Dog, handstand preparation and other overhead shapes, whether you’re practising yourself or teaching others. What Changes when you train the missing piece

“The way the program explains movement makes it much easier to understand what is actually limiting a pose. Instead of just stretching more, I could see where I needed more strength, mobility or control — and what to work on next..”

Yoga practitioner

More usable range

Build range you can actively control, rather than simply stretching further.

More strength & control

Develop the capacity to support yourself within the positions you’re working toward.

A clearer understanding

Understand what may be limiting a pose - and what you can actually work on to change it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are these programs for?

These programs are for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to understand what may be limiting a pose and work on it more specifically. You don’t need to be advanced - work from the range and capacity you have now.

How long do I need to practise?

The short neural and mobility drills can take as little as five minutes and can be practised regularly. For the strength, mobility and isometric work, aim for at least two focused sessions each week.

Do I need special equipment?

No. You’ll only need simple equipment such as a resistance band and basic yoga props, a wall and a chair . Where possible, alternatives are offered so you can work with what you already have.

Can I use this work in a yoga class I teach?

Yes. Each program includes practical ways to integrate the drills and principles into yoga practice, along with two sequences that help you explore the work in context. You can use what you learn to inform your own teaching while adapting it appropriately for the students in front of you.

How long will I have access to the program?

You’ll have access to the full program for three years from the date of purchase. That gives you plenty of time to revisit the material and build the practices into your yoga, while still giving the program a clear timeframe - so it doesn’t become something that sits on your “I’ll get to it someday” list. We want you to start using what you’ve learned straight away and actually experience the changes it can create.
